Hometown Mountain Heritage Festival |

Demonstrations go on all day showing how many items were made and used in the ‘old days.’ Items created and sold at the Festival include hand-churned butter, hand-built furniture, baskets, belts and clothing accessories, hand-made candles and more. |

Face-painting, parades, clowns, races, cotton candy, ice cream, contests, toys and so much more to entertain the kids! The entire family will have the time of their lives at the Hometown Mountain Heritage Festival. |

The Hometown Mountain Heritage Festival is Fayette County, WV’s premier Heritage Festival. Each June, the town of Ansted becomes a living telling of the story of Appalachia’s history. This event celebrates West Virginia and Appalachia with three days of old-fashioned fun. |
